Petro is an immigrant from Ukraine who arrived in Portugal 18 years ago.
He lives in the neighbouring village.
More recently he was working in an olive oil refinery in a nearby village as a machine operator. In his free time he would come and help out on the farm with whatever needed to be done at the time.
Because of health reasons he left the olive oil refinery and joined us on the farm and helps us to work the land.
Petro is married to Maria and has one son Petro and one daughter Karina.
He is extremely handy and capable and helps us out on variety of project coming up.
He is hard working and always in good spirit.
